On September 30, 2022, the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the judicial authorities and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the patent system of Kazakhstan took place.
Minister of Justice Kanat Musin solemnly presented diplomas and commemorative awards to figures in the field of intellectual property.
Gold medals named after V.I. Blinnikov were awarded to Tagbergenova Modangul, Deputy General Director of Tagbergenova and Partners Intellectual Property Agency LLP, Chairman of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys of Kazakhstan, Patent Attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Eurasian Patent Attorney, and to Shaikenov Blok Shaikenovich– Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.
The V.I. Blinnikov Gold Medal is awarded to inventors, specialists and organizations in the field of intellectual property who have made a significant contribution to the development of inventive activity and legal protection of inventions in the Eurasian region.
The decision on awarding the medal is made by the Administrative Council of the Eurasian Patent Organization on the proposal of the plenipotentiary representatives of the States parties to the Eurasian Patent Convention in the Administrative Council and the President of the Eurasian Patent Office.
On this day, Kanat Sergeyevich also presented awards to the employees of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the department, the best lawyers, notaries, forensic experts, veterans of the justice authorities.
The solemn event ended with a festive concert.
