On 15 October 2026, Central Asia Warehouse Summit (CAWS) 2026 took place at The Ritz-Carlton in Almaty. The annual event brings together warehouse developers, logistics operators, retailers and investors from across Central Asia. Our firm was represented at the summit by Deputy General Director Zhan Tagbergenov.
Warehousing, logistics and imports are more closely linked to intellectual property than it may seem. Protecting trademarks on packaging and labelling, the customs register of IP objects, counterfeit imports and disputes with right holders are all part of this field. That is why it was important for us to meet market players and talk about our work. We discussed how companies can protect their brands in advance and avoid claims when importing goods.
