We would like to share our joyful news. The professional family of our company has been joined by a new member: Zhan Tagbergenov, who has been certified as a Patent Attorney of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 242. At present, our company is the only one in Kazakhstan that includes three generations of the Tagbergenov family among its professionals.
Many years ago, Zhan Tagbergenov announced his desire to continue the family tradition and become a patent attorney. Below is a photograph from those distant years. It is wonderful when dreams come true.
From 3 to 5 February 2026, working consultations on the development of the National Innovation Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (with an intellectual property component) were held at the premises of Kazpatent, with the participation of representatives of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and key stakeholders of the national innovation ecosystem. The event was organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan with expert support from WIPO.
The purpose of the consultations was to establish the conceptual foundations of the future strategic document, taking into account the role of intellectual property, institutional challenges, and international best practices. Modangul Tagbergenova and Zhan Tagbergenov took part in this event.
