On May 29, 2025, within the framework of the Astana International Forum, a panel session “Intellectual Property in the Era of Artificial Intelligence” was held, which was attended by Tagbergenova Modangul, founder of the Tagbergenova and Partners Intellectual Property Agency.
The session became a key event of the forum dedicated to the issues of legal regulation of intellectual property in the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies. Special attention was paid to the issues of determining authorship, adapting existing legal mechanisms, as well as finding a balance between the interests of developers, copyright holders and society.
